Stoke Sauna Company: Your Minnesota Sauna Builder

Stoke Sauna Company is family owned and operated. Jedd Kangas, owner and builder, is passionate about his craft and built his first saunas in 2017 while obtaining a construction management degree from Northern Michigan University. Jedd worked a few years with his degree in a civil construction outfit before deciding to venture on his own, opening Kangas Contracting LLC in the summer of 2021. A considerable amount of the contracting work involved saunas. Stoke Sauna Company came to a natural commencement in 2022 with the goal of streamlining our sauna business. Laura Kangas, wife and part time nurse, assists with marketing, communications, and design.  

We strive to bring sauna culture to our customers at an honest price point without sacrificing quality or custom design. We are an efficient operation with little overhead cost, allowing us to build and deliver for a reasonable cost. The majority of our work is through word of mouth and our reputation is what sells our product.

Our Builds: Base Models & Custom Sauna Creations

At Stoke Sauna, we believe high-quality sauna culture should be accessible and enduring. We approach our builds in two ways:

● Our Base Models: We’ve developed a series of curated Base Models (ranging from 6'x6' to 8'x16') that serve as the perfect foundation. These models are designed with traditional Nordic principles and include premium features—like IKI wood-fired or electric Wi-Fi stoves—at no extra cost. They offer a streamlined path to a world-class sauna experience.

● Custom Builds: If you have a specific vision, we specialize in Custom Builds. Whether it’s a sauna on a permanent concrete foundation, an interior spa conversion, or a mobile trailer sauna, we work as your collaborator to design a space that fits your specific landscape and lifestyle.

While we are proud to be a Minnesota-based builder, the "Stoke" lifestyle isn't limited by state lines. We offer free delivery within 50 miles of Delano, MN, but we have successfully shipped our saunas to clients across the United States.
